Delivery & Returns
TIME OF DELIVERY
After payment confirmation, in-stock orders take 7-10 working days to arrive at your door, unless you have opted for an economic shipping option that specified a longer arrival time. If you have not received your order, kindly let us know via online chat or email us at support@bridgeur.com.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.
CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER
Bridgeur Inc. allows you to cancel your pre-ordered item(s), provided you give us written notice within 5 days of placing the order. In the event of cancellation after 5 days, please note that only 50% of the total amount of merchandise including the shipping cost will be refunded only; this is non-negotiable.
EXCHANGES
Bridgeur Inc. allows you to exchange any full priced item(s) purchased on bridgeur.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your full priced item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, otherwise Bridgeur Inc. will be unable to accept your exchange. If you would like to exchange an item(s), please be aware that Bridgeur Inc. can only replace it for the same product(s) in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Bridgeur Inc. does not bare the cost associated with sending the item(s) back to our warehouse for exchange. You will need to send the item(s) to us via registered mail with a tracking number. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of shipping.
RETURNS
Bridgeur Inc. allows you to return any full priced item(s) purchased on bridgeur.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your full priced item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, otherwise Bridgeur Inc. will be unable to accept your return. You will need to send the item(s) to us via registered mail with a tracking number.
Please note, we do not pay for shipping costs associated with returns sent to Bridgeur Inc. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of shipping.
REFUNDS
When Bridgeur Inc. receives your returned merchandise, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in a "new” condition. Please note that only the product value will be refunded to you, not the shipping cost associated with the order. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the account you used to pay for your order within a maximum of 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bridgeur.com
