Terms of Sale


After payment confirmation, orders take 7-10 working days to arrive at your door. If you have not received your order, kindly email us at orders@bridgeur.com

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.


Bridgeur Ltd allows you to cancel your pre-ordered item(s), provided you give us written notice via email within 7 days of placing the order. In the event of cancellation, please note that only 50% of the total amount of merchandise including the shipping cost will be refunded only; this is non-negotiable.


If you would like to exchange an item(s), please be aware that Bridgeur Ltd can only replace it for the same product(s) in a different size or colour, subject to availability.


Bridgeur Ltd allows you to return or exchange any item(s) purchased on bridgeur.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, otherwise Bridgeur Ltd will be unable to accept your return.

Should you wish to return an item(s), please do the following:

Email returns@bridgeur.com stating your reason for return. Please include your proof of purchase. 

Bridgeur Ltd will provide you with a return number and address via email.
You will need to send the item(s) to us via registered mail with a tracking number.
Please note, we do not pay for shipping costs associated with returns sent to Bridgeur Ltd. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of shipping.


When Bridgeur Ltd receives your returned merchandise, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in a "new” condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the PayPal account you used to pay for your order within a maximum of 30 days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@bridgeur.com
